Workplace Harassment: Ensuring Respect, Combating Harassment and Improving Organizational Performance
Fran Sepler - President, Sepler & Associates
The 2018 National Occupational Research Agenda (NORA) Symposium will be held Thursday, May 3 at Mayo Memorial Auditorium at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health. This year's topic is "Workplace Harassment: Ensuring Respect, Combating Harassment and Improving Organizational Performance".
Fran Sepler’s work focuses on civility and respect as the core tool for prevention of harassment, and how to create a culture of safety, respect and fairness in diverse workplaces. Her talk will look at bullying and uncivil behavior as corrosive, problematic and precursors to gendered harassment.
The NORA symposium is co-sponsored by the Midwest Center for Occupational Health and Safety (MCOHS) and the Upper Midwest Agricultural Safety and Health Center (UMASH).
