Minghong Jiang, a student in the Industrial Hygiene program, was awarded a $1,400 scholarship from the Northwest Chapter of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE).

Minghong will graduate with a Master of Science – Industrial Hygiene in the Fall of 2019.  She currently holds a bachelor of science degree in Nutrition with emphasis on Dietetics from the University of Minnesota. She has participated in multiple research projects at the University of Minnesota within the Division of Environmental Health, as well as the departments of Food Science and Family Medicine.
